One floor flat in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.



This small one-storey apartment is located in a private complex of 11 units by the sea. This small complex has two seawater pools and one freshwater pool, surrounded by a huge lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12 metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.



The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor. This terrace has a dining table, sun loungers and a gas barbecue (highly appreciated by our guests). The garden/terrace and the swimming pool make it the ideal place to spend days with family or friends.



The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom separated by a glass window, as well as a large window overlooking the interior garden, gaining in light and ventilation.



In the living room there is also a sofa bed for the extra persons, so the flat is suitable for families up to 3 persons. For babies, we have a cot and high chair (babies do not count as an extra person).



Another of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the very high quality bed, the gas barbecue or the Smart TV with internet access.
