The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests and it comes with 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower-box and open plan kitchen. You'll enjoy modern amenities like tv-sat, safe, air-conditioning, microwave, shared laundry, 2 spacious furnished solarium and 3 swimming-pools on the roof.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

The residence is situated in a green area, easily reachable by 2 pedestrian ways, completely fenced, only 100 m from the beach, from the thermal centre "Bibione Thermae" and from the centre of Bibione (pedestrian zone during the summer evenings).

The complex is composed of 2 floors for parking / garage (height entrance garage 210 cm) and 6 floors of apartments, reached by 3 stairways and 7 lifts. The roof is accessible: there are 2 spacious furnished solariums and 3 swimming-pools (for adults and children).
