Welcome to our stylish terrace apartment, built in 2023 in the heart of the Passeier Valley. With 52 m² of living space, it offers modern design, exceptional comfort and a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing holiday in South Tyrol. The inviting entrance hall leads to the bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and the modern bathroom. The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-plan living and dining area. A large sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for two to four guests.



The living area opens directly onto the spacious sun terrace. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, soak up the South Tyrolean sunshine or unwind after an eventful day. The apartment is right in a hiking area in the heart of the Passeier Valley. The spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and easy to reach.



Free underground and carport parking spaces are available on site. The underground garage also has two electric vehicle charging stations. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in the dedicated e-bike room. Pets are welcome on request. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.

Neue, schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge

Pros: Schöner Neubau in dem kleinen Ort Saltaus. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Passeiertal, am Fluss Passer oder für die recht kurze Fahrt nach Meran. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und vor allem unkompliziert 👍 Cons: Alles toll
