It’s in a small village in the Mining Basin, surrounded by beautiful nature. Near El Entrego. A place with good access by public transportation and by road, close to restaurants and cider houses, near the beach and the sea, as well as natural parks, mountains, and museums. Very peaceful.

THE HOUSE

The house has three bedrooms that can sleep a total of five people: one 0.95 bed, two 1.05 beds, and another 1.35 bed.

There is a living room with board games. There is no TV, but there is Wi-Fi that works very well.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic stove, coffee maker, etc.).

There is a terrace with chairs and tables.

The house is on the first floor.

It’s located in the Hueria de Carrocera Valley, a place rich in history and very close to El Entrego, where you’ll find a hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, and all the amenities you need. Across from the house is a riverside path where you can walk several kilometers through nature.

It is a house for five people. It has three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic stove, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishes and silverware, table, and chairs). There’s also a living room where you can relax or play board games.

There’s a terrace with a table and chairs and an awning, which gets direct sunlight for several hours a day when the sun is out.

It is a typical village house in the Asturian Mining Basin, located in front of an old mine shaft.

To park, you can leave your car on the sidewalk in front of the house or in the parking lot across from it, which is very spacious.

The neighbors have dogs, but don’t worry if you’re traveling with your own pets—they’re used to them.
