Absolutely stunning views from our room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The hotel is in a great location, staff helpful and quick to respond to any queries prior to arrival. Lovely breakfast buffet.

The staff were very helpful, though, in the breakfast room it was difficult to tell staff from guests. They booked both transfers we required which helped . We stayed two nights, and so didn’t raise the issue that if there was aircon in the room, we couldn’t make it work, and the room book had no information. The room was hot, and the window small, so a fan , if no aircon, would have helped, but I didn’t raise the issue so would not rate based on that. However, previous reviews comment on the heating not working, so maybe both need addressing? Ideal location, we would recommend

Driver picked us up at the bus stationand though we were early we were able to store our backpacks at the hotel. The included breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Great last minute decision!

We only stayed one night but Hotel Rosa was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a suite of sorts. It had a room with a double bed, a room with two twin beds and a full shower/bathroom. We enjoyed their breakfast with a big variety of foods. We also took advantage of the parking. The only downside to this property is that we found the pillows uncomfortable.
