I dont even know where to start this was a 10/10 experience from the staff to the views. Such a beautiful place the staff was so nice and helpful even when I was leaving someone walked me all the way to the lancha and carried my luggage. The hotel looks 10 times better in person. And the views are surreal make sure you wake up early to catch the sunrise!

Would recommend to all! Gorgeous hotel. The outdoor bathroom was the highlight for me. Jacuzzi and pool overlooking the lake and views of the volcano were breathtaking. Close to the docks. Staff was very helpful.

Jacuzzi was available only 5:00-8:00 PM daily. We got in shortly after checking in at 3:00 pm and staff informed us we would have to get out and come back at 5:00 pm. Also breakfast was a pot of coffee and a couple apples near the front desk. Expensive to stay here

Great hotel very clean room. No air conditioning but at night you honestly don’t need it. It cools down to a comfortable temperature and tons of windows. The bathroom is outside and found several spiders and a scorpion in my room otherwise no complaints. Very close to the San Marcos dock. Tons of restaurants within walking distance 10 out of 10 would recommend

We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!

Very nice hotel is in a convenient location in San Marcos close enough to the main road and the public dock. Solid restaurant and good customer service. Meals were good if not great. Scenic view of the lake. They did a nice job putting together transportation and activities for our visit. Just be aware that because it is in town you may hear some sounds like music and dogs close to bedtime but never after 10pm. I would stay again.
