5 minutes to downtown & 5 minutes to the tubing companies is just the start. This old-school farmhouse is sitting on ~1.5 acres next to the Blanco River. The spacious country setting makes it hard to believe the proximity to restaurants, bars, rivers and so much more.
Relax and experience the secluded environment while playing music on the outdoor surround sound system, grilling & playing cornhole. Oh, and don`t forget about the 85` outdoor TV for some evening sports & movies :)

(Birthday, Graduation, Holiday Gathering, Etc…) - Please contact us ahead of time to inquire about event pricing if your guest count will exceed your reservation for a portion of your stay. If your event will be 12 people or less, no additional charges will be incurred as long as your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

Family Weekend
We stayed here while attending Family Weekend at TXST. The house was just as described online and everyone enjoyed our stay. We did not get to spend much time there so we will be back so we can enjoy the outdoor spaces as well.
