Cleanliness was non existent. However, what really made this a terrible stay is the location. The house is in a camper/trailer park. Very very sketchy trailer park… all the way in the back. Inside the home, there are no curtains or window coverings of any kind. Completely bare windows that we found ourselves trying to put towels over. We reached out to the host but he never responded. Unfortunately I was hearing racial slurs being yelled as we were leaving the premises. As I stated, very sketchy place & people apparently. Inside there was no first aid kit, no hairdryer & a clogged kitchen sink… outside, they have it showing a yard.. that yard is not for this house. False advertising. There is no where to walk your dogs as some other review stated… and you would not want to walk there anyway. By FAR, worst experience to date. Will not be back.

Cute house! Perfect size for my family. We came for family Weekend at TXST and its close & convenient. The king size bed is very comfortable!! It's more like a studio than one bedroom as bed is in the living room area along with a couch that folds into a bed. We had one small issue when the tv wouldn't turn on and the host came right over. Kitchen is well equiped, nice outdoor seating area. This is our 2nd time to stay in one of the hosts houses and we'll definitely book again!!

Nice, quiet place to stay that is dog-friendly. While there is not fenced space for a dog, there’s a lot of space with mature trees for walks. There’s also a great cafe in walking distance. Because there a several small units grouped together within an RV park, additional communication about where to park would be helpful. I would stay there again
