There is half an hectare of orchard, and a garden where you can sunbathe (on the deckchairs provided), everything is fenced in, plus there is a smaller enclosure called the "Dog House" the house is surrounded by a terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe, a large barbecue with wheels you can cook where you want, at the end of the property under a majestic turkey oak the owner has made a large table with a bench where the children go to draw. Laundry facilties like washing machine and iron keep you free from laundry worries. Parking is on-site. Woodstove and heating are there for a cozy stay. Bicycles are available so that you can explore the area. You can also bring 3 of your pets for a small fee. The state railways are just 7 km from there you can reach all of Italy. Pisa Airport is 98 km away.
