The rooms were clean, the location was great, the overall was vintage but well maintained, only thing to consider is the parking is narrow so long vehicles have a harder time maneuvering through the driveway. Great place I look forward to staying again in the future.

We’ve been staying here for years and years and it’s always great. We are always able to bring our pups (with a pet fee) which is a huge plus for us. Rooms are clean and Shelly and Nick are wonderful. I also like the location as it’s close to Main Street and the Embarcadero. We will be back!

I booked Rockview Inn last minute for myself and my two daughters, and the couple running it made us feel genuinely welcome. They were warm, friendly, and sincere—the kind of hospitality that makes a simple stay feel personal. This is a good basic motel: clean, functional, and comfortable, but not luxury. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to the waterfront. I’d happily stay here again.

We loved the fact that our room definitely had a very clear view of the rock in morro bay. The room was very clean . The whole property was very clean. Short walk / drive to all the shops,piers,and beach . The staff was very helpful . It was very nice experience would definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

This place is super nice and close to Morrow Rock, the marina, restaurants and shopping. The rooms have been totally renovated and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The couple running this place are so nice too!
