I enjoyed a very clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Viki in reception was kind, helpful, friendly, and a delight to speak with. The location made it easy to walk to visit the bay front on the Embarcadero, to take in restaurants and shops, and to enjoy the sea life, and beaches near the rock. There were baby otters and an abundance of sea lions. Being also close to downtown encouraged a visit to the farmers market and lovely shops such as Made in Morro Bay and a great bakery with discounted goodies. This is a pleasant economical motel with good free parking.

The location was wonderful. Walking distance to farmers market, restaurants, and waterfront. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable and not stable. The shower did not drain while using and the bathroom was very small.
