The room was nicely renovated and clean. However beds were very old and uncomfortable. It’s older so you can hear everything above and outside. Nice location with easy access to Embarcadero. No breakfast or extras. Rollaways come with a charge. It was ok. Service was alright - nothing to write home about. It makes an ok budget family stay but I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice Hotel Close to the Bay

This place was very nice. Its very close to the bay and all the seafood options. Its also close to an Albertsons but there is a liquor store right across the street. There is also 2 bars a block or tow away. I would stay here again for sure.. One thing though.. The shower had to run for 10 minutes to get hot but not a big deal..

We had a delightful stay! This is our go to hotel when we visit Morro Bay. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a wonderful patio with comfortable furniture. We love how pet and family friendly this establishment is. The staff is always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. We will be staying here for years to come.

In general it was a very nice place. Loved the location. For the staff I would recommend changing out the pillows ( hard and bulky) and mopping the floors ( I wore socks in the room and they were dirty after a few hours of wondering around the room ) This was definitely a nice place to stay.

The ceiling fan in the room was so loud! The cord to stop the fan was removed and you could not turn it off if you wanted the light on. The fan was so loud that we could not sleep. It sounded like a loud humming noise. The room did not live up to our expectations.

My room 204 was on the end with a direct view of Morro Rock and a fabulous sunset view. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and for the slightly more energetic, the Morro Rock. Most of all, it is so accommodating to dogs. They give you a goodie bag with treats, poop bags and a card that lists dog friendly restaurants. Best of all, is the dog washing station complete with shampoo, conditioner and soap so you can take your pooch to the beach without worrying about bringing in a lot of sand.

This hotel is always so clean and fresh smelling. Not musty like a lot of coastal hotels. Our room actually had a view of Morro Bay and the smoke stacks. The price point is always competitive and for the quality of room you really can’t beat it.
