There was mold in the refrigerator, so we could not use it. We could not use the ceiling fan as there was about 1/2 inch of dust on it. The carpet was dirty and extremely stained. At 5 am the smoke detector started beeping continuously every 5 minutes. There was an enormous spider in the bathroom. There was an enormous hole in the “carpet” on the balcony that exposed worn wood underneath.
