Lovely little room, super cozy with the fireplace! Everything was clean and worked great. Late check-in directions were clear and staff were helpful. Breakfast is no longer done on site but uses vouchers to area cafes. It was a perfect place to stay, hope to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful. The room was clean, staff great. Parking was limited, first come, first serve. Great place to stay. This was our second stay. I was so looking forward to the in-room breakfast. That was part of the reason we decided to stay at The Beach Bungalow.

Wonderful clean room with a fireplace. Staff was very helpful and friendly even when we called at 9:30pm when our room keys didn’t work. Breakfast was free from local restaurant each morning. Parking is free and convenient. Nice location and walkable to local restaurants and shops, both in town and the wharf area. Even has a fire pit in front which was nice to sit and relax around.

Quaint little establishment. One story which was great as many other hotels that are two story don’t have elevators. Close to the bay. Breakfast was delivered to room. Would have liked different options instead of same 3 choices whole time there.

Updated bathrooms and showers! Very nice manager on site. Helpful. Responsive. The rooms could use an upgrade. The breakfast was nice and delivered but it was a heated up item from frozen and wasn’t great. Coffee was really good! Great location but property overall is definitely showing its age. I wouldn’t stay here again but only because it’s not what we are looking for. If you just need a place to stash your gear so you can be out and about all day, this may be the place for you!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, this place is absolutely adorable, we stopped over on our way up to northern california and was everything we needed and more! Our first time in Morro Bay and Im glad we stayed here. It was quiet and convenient to everything. We pretty much walked everywhere even to the grocery store. The staff are nice and accommodating. We cant wait to be back!

Nice and quiet location within walking distance (3 blks) of Morro Bay. It’s an older property that have been renovated, so our room was clean and modern. Just wished there were more power plugs. Suggestion: swap out the current receptacle for a multi-port one so guests can use it for their chargers. :)
