This hotel is in a prime location just across the street from the water and on the road with all the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. The rooms on the second floor have a beautiful view of Morro Rock.

We enjoyed our stay overnight. It was very convenient with plenty of parking. Very walkable to restaurants and the pier. They have a cute little patio and lounge area right in front where you can relax and observe all the comings and goings. Our room was on the ground floor next to the amenities/stock room and there were a lot of flies that seemed to have disappeared the next morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great view for the price.

It was all about the location. Perfect to walk everywhere down the Morro Bay shops and restaurants. I loved that they had a diner available on site. Overall, if you want a nice clean place with an amazing view of Morro Rock, this is the place for you. The price was great!

The ceiling fan was extremely dusty and filthy. What a shame and nasty. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the knobs where not cleaned in a while. And oh my gosh the mattress was horrible not comfortable at all and the bed sheets had a lot hair on them. I was extremely disappointed and I very surprised! I absolutely didn't expect such poor service from this place!

It was walkable to Morro Bay rock, restaurants and shops. However I was unable to get the downstairs room I had booked and we had to walk up and down stairs to get to room. We had booked a queen bed with patio and ended up an upstairs room with a double bed and dirty sheets, No one is available after they close at 5pm and no one is there to check out at 8am.
