Parking was fairly easy in the morning and night time. During peak mid day it did get a little hard since it shared with public parking for all of the embarcadero. But definitely pet-friendly would book a stay here again. Especially with the nice view of being near Morro Rock.

This is an older motel that has been fixed up. It is not modern nor fancy. But, for the price it is a comfortable place to stay with a wonderful patio to sit in the sun where you can see Morro Rock and the bay. Walking distance to everything and even free cinnamon rolls from the restaurant next door. Room had refrigerator and a coffee maker which was a real plus.
