This is my first time staying at this hotel, we use to stay at the base since it was pet friendly, but they recently changed their policy to non-pet friendly. This place is close to the Melodrama which we attend every year for christmas, I highly recommend on going very entertaining. My wife and enjoyed our stay there, check in and out was seemless and they bed was comfy The only nick-pick was the bathroom was a little dirty.

Room was supposed to be smoke free.. but room has been smoked in and at check in the person warned me it might be smoked in room because people don’t follow the rules. Probably all the rooms have been smoked in.. then they should not advertise they have smoke free rooms. The bathroom was also not very clean with dirt and stain spots on the walls and side of bath tub. Check in person gave me a new candle -/ to help with the smell and said this was their last and only room. If I had other options that late at night, I would have left but the room was prepaid and it was too late to find another hotel in the area.

The staff was totally fine. Check in went well, check out too. The room however was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, like it had never been cleaned. There was a layer of dust over the lamps, headboards, and walls. There was hair in the bed and sink. We found insects on the walls and floor. Underneath the bed was also covered in a layer of dust and we found trash under there too. The sheets on the bed were not only dirty, but so thin and had holes as well. This place is not kept up at all!

Overall cleanliness; there was what appeared to be dried blood in the ceiling and stains on the blankets. The bed is very uncomfortable - it squeaks and has no real support. Was not as loud as i thought it was going to be - so there was a plus. Heavy smell of chemicals.
