Beautiful apartment in the town of San Lucido, in the province of Cosenza, Calabria
with a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and stunning sunsets.
It is located in a small and quiet row house complex with 16 units, situated on a hill surrounded by greenery. In front of the apartment are parking spaces that are shaded by large pine trees in front of the building; from the apartment and the terrace in front of it, you have a direct view of the sea.
It is a ground-floor, two-room apartment featuring a spacious kitchen and living area, a bathroom with a shower, and a large bedroom—totaling 50 square meters—with a 45-square-meter terrace in front equipped with a sun awning.
It’s just one kilometer from the charming village center and the beach—a 5-minute drive.

In the evening, you can dine out at many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, or bars for relatively little money and enjoy the sunset.
In San Lucido and the immediate surrounding area, there are quiet beaches, beautiful snorkeling spots, and small harbors where you can also rent jet skis or small motorboats.
