Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan

Beautiful hotel, has been renovated and has classy colonial style rooms. The views are stunning and in the morning it was wonderful to sit in our patio listening to the chirping of the birds. The restaurant has a good selection and the wait staff is friendly and eager.

Amazing place! So beautiful and located close to the gorgeous lake atitlan. The best food we had our whole time in Guatemala! The free breakfast was a lot of delicious food with choices. The staff was friendly and helpful and the gardens are well kept. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel has a great restaurant and a very lovely garden that winds through the property. The garden is really a masterwork, and everything we had from the restaurant--10 meals in all--was very good. The pool doesn't get much sun so it was frigid in January and the hot tub was a bust. Hot water to our room wasn't great either. Most of the older restaurant staff were terrific, a couple of the younger folks could really use some training. The rooms span several locations (you definitely want a garden view) and sizes, so definitely book carefully. There isn't much to do in Toliman, and the boats from Toliman to anywhere else are a bit of trick, so plan accordingly.
