Positif : 3 grandes chambres, vue merNégatif : pas de salon, pas de Wifi, l’annonce dit « 2 minutes à pied », or c’est à plus de 20 minutes à pied (et route dangereuse), ou à 6 minutes en voiture. 2 places de parking mais difficiles pour se garer et places trop petites. Appartement bruyant car la route est juste au dessous. Vaisselle limitée pour 7 personnes. L’annonce dit « multi langue « , or le propriétaire ne parle qu’italien.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Die Villa Alfreda ist ein einfach aber gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern. Die Zimmer verfügen über ausreichend Stauraum (Schränke und Kommoden) und gute Betten. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber funktionell und für 6 Personen ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und die Kommunikation auf italienisch war Dank Google und co. kein Problem. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Alfredi verbracht.

Klein und Fein

Eine kleine, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Jedoch sauber und man kann gerne wieder kommen. Wenn man keine 3 gänge Menüs kochen möchte und nicht schicki micki erwartet. Völlig ausreichend. Man geht ca.15 Min. zum Strand, Restaurants oder ins Innere des Örtchen. Es ist eine schöne Gegend zum Spazierengehen, Fahrrad fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeit lokal, sehr hilfsbereit. Es wird wenig deutsch/englisch gesprochen. - Pkt. Liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße Keine schlechte Unterkunft.

Gemütliches Haus & fabelhafter Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. A. und seine Frau sind ganz wunderbare Menschen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren ein wenig unbequem, aber das lag hauptsächlich daran, dass ich noch stille und wir ein wenig mit der Lücke der zwei Matratzen zu tun hatten, ansonsten wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Die kleine Treppe vom Esszimmer auf die Terrasse war mit Kleinkind etwas ungünstig. Alles in allem war es wunderbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön , Die Lage ist sehr toll Alfreda und Antonio waren sehr nett und der Umgang mit Ihnen war sehr angenehm Es gibt eigene Dinge die verbessert werden sollen , Beispielsweise muss das Badezimmer renoviert werden und WLAN muss installiert sein .Ansonsten war alles gut und natürlich werden wir wieder hinkommen

Bien mais surcoté

Les +: Maison très propre, bien équipée et proche du bord de mer Le village est très agréable un supermarché juste à coté (ok market) avec un beau choix de produits locaux et un personnel très sympatique Les -: pas de clim ni de ventilateur : température très chqude en été. Maison en bord de route sans trotoir ni passage piéton donc accès dangereux et pentu pour aller à la mer à pied avec des enfants.

Wir haben an diesem Ort sehr schöne Ferien erlebt.

Alfreda hat den dekadenten Charme einer italienischen Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen um unseren Urlaub gut und schön zu gestalten. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet,aber mehr braucht man für diesen Preis finde ich auch nicht erwarten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem,aber was unbedingt erwähnt werden muss,ist die Straße die direkt unterhalb des Hauses vorbei führt.Es ist eigentlich nur ein Strässchen,aber wer die absolute Ruhe sucht ist bei Alfreda fehl am Platz.

Die Badezimmerplatten fehlen teilweise oder sind beschädigt. Die Matrazen sind sehr bequem. Die Betten sind alt und quietschen bei jeder Drehung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, nur italienisch sprechend. Betreffend Sauberkeit gibt es noch Optimierungspotential. Für uns hat es gepasst.

Familienurlaub

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Waschaschine war auch da. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und kein Ventilator. Daher war das Haus sehr warm und man fand wenig Schlaf. Kein WLAN. Das Haus steht direkt an der lauten Straße und ist nicht zentral und man muss ca.1 km bergab ohne Fußgängerweg zum Strand laufen. Ca.20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ortsmitte. Für Wenigläufer nicht geeignet. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett Tipp: Viel Mückenschutz mitnehmen

zu laut

Das Haus ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es ist sehr lästig, die gesamte Bettwäsche mitzubringen. Die "Zudecken" merkwürdig. Die Lage direkt an der Strasse unangenehm. Da die Fenster nur eine Scheibe haben, hört man auch nachts alle Autos, die vorbeifahren.
