Our beautiful house are centrally located in the heart of the Condado tourism and hotel area in Puerto Rico. Across the street where is the most popular beach in San Juan; Condado Beach or Ocean Park Beach. It's an ideal place for families looking for a home away from home experience, looking for an all inclusive peaceful short term or long term place to live while in Puerto Rico.
The New Condado is one of the premier neighborhoods in San Juan. It's a laid-back community within walking distance of one of the most popular beaches in all of Puerto Rico. Is also walking distance to numerous popular restaurants, bakeries, bars, surf shops & pharmacies / grocery stores. Our apartment is located in the best beach in San Juan: Condado Beach or Ocean Park Beach. The Historical Old San Juan is a 10 minute uber ride and so is the airport. Staying in in our neighborhood, you will enjoy more of a local flair than the typical tourist experience. All you need is to bring your bags and Enjoy!

Charming Peaceful Spot

This was our home away from home. The place was super clean and tastefully decorated. There are two great decks to hang out on - one has a hammock and the other has an outdoor shower. The apartment is tucked into an awesome neighborhood. The walk to the beach is very reasonable and the host provided great backpack beach chairs and towels. Would definitely stay here again - thanks!
