Our one bedroom one bath apartment is located on the seventh floor of the Racquet Club Condominium facing the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a futon that converts to a full-size bed. The apartment has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker as well a free washer and dryer. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is security 24/7 and free garage parking for one vehicle. Linens and towels are provided along with a limited number of beach chairs. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. The condo has a large pool that can be used for swimming laps or just cooling off after a day at the beach.
Fast food and upscale restaurants as well as hotels and casinos are within walking distance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. Awesome location on Isla Verde! Includes a parking spot. Great AC, hot remodeled shower and washer and dryer in unit! Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access door with shower by the pool. Would stay here again!!

Great location

The building could use some updating. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a family stay. The location was great. I was a bit disappointed that this did not have a balcony but being steps from the beach was convenient and stores and restaurants were walkable.
