We were happy to find a room in Old San Juan and at an affordable price. The room was small but provided the basics of what we needed for a short stay. We were able to keep our luggage in lockers after checkout which was very helpful. This location was convenient to walk around the area and uber to cruise port.

Pros: right downtown. Great water pressure in the shower. Hot water. Not expensive. Good a/c. You get what you pay for. Cons: The bathroom is VERY small, so if you are tall you will need to sit sideways to use the toilet. Can get loud at night because right un downtown Old San Juan, but they do provide ear plugs.

Convenient location, close to the best downtown bars. A little loud but our intention was to go out and experience the nightlife in the area. We would stay there again. Very grateful the host offers luggage storage free of charge.

Check-in was easy once I called twice to get instructions sent to me. Room was quaint but floor and rugs inside were so dirty I had to stay in flip flops the whole time. Shower was short, so as long as you’re 5’6” or below, you’ll be fine! Positives: Location is just a few blocks away from El Morro and the beach, so that was wonderful and just as advertised. The balcony is open to all and offered a great view of the street. Air conditioning was great. On-site assistance was available during the day.

Know that when you stay at this property, it is very quaint. The accommodations are small, but when you spend most of your time in the city, it really doesn’t matter. Just know that it is loud on weekends till 2 AM. Exciting, but loud. We enjoyed the energy!!
