In the heart of everything. If you want to be walking distance to all of old San Juan and you don’t mind a very basic place, this is a great option. Be mindful the nights are very noisy with outdoor bars nearby

Cute rooms in old San Jose. Near the night life so a constant hum of the crowds but not a problem. Loft is a steep stair climb. Ok for us but be careful. Charming area.

Pros: right downtown. Great water pressure in the shower. Hot water. Not expensive. Good a/c. You get what you pay for. Cons: The bathroom is VERY small, so if you are tall you will need to sit sideways to use the toilet. Can get loud at night because right un downtown Old San Juan, but they do provide ear plugs.
