This is a good hotel, beutiful, clean and modern hotel. The room was clean and is very accesible to too many amenities and restaurant. We feel safe in that hotel and is a quiet place, didn't have a staff member in the front desk all the time, but the only time that I need a staff member come to us quick.

We stayed 2 days prior to cruising out of PR. Cool hotel, nice and clean and super quiet. Staff were courteous as well. We arrived at night so not many places to find food that were close. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We definitely would stay again. The door keys deactivated each day which was a little inconvenient but other than that, we enjoyed it and would come back.
