This is a cool boutique hotel. It’s really nicely located. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to the beach and the old town area.

This is a ‘classic’ hotel that has largely been renovated with very modern updates. The room we stayed in was spotless and the bed/linens were quality and comfy. Quiet AC and an elevator, which is not common in these older hotels. Street parking right in front or free parking lot nearby. Just two blocks from sea front and 15 minutes walk to Escambron beach. ‘Restaurant’ is really a wine bar but plenty of choices in easy walking distance.

The place is well maintenance and clean, front staff was so nice and helpful, but one thing I don’t like was the cleaning staff knocked the door around 9.30 am and then he opened the door right away even we was still in the room (check out time is 11 am), how come he opened the door without permission? A little bit feels unsafe.
