Location, location! Conveniently located with modern style. Located in the heart of Condado in a quiet, secure building. 12 minutes from SJU airport /7 minutes to the Beach! Walk to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and nightlife.

Features: private terrace, secure parking garage, second outdoor shower for sandy beach days, an open-concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and modern finishes.

Private Washer/Dryer access and Parking available upon request!
- Check in time starts at 3:00 pm. Check out 11am.

- Free parking available in front of unit/terrace. Please let your host know if you will be arriving with a vehicle.

- No Parties. Please be courteous of the other tenants and neighbors in the building. Noise complaints will result in termination of stay.

- No smoking inside. Guests may smoke on the terrace.

- There is an outside shower exclusive to the unit. Please use the outside shower when you come from the beach as sand will clog the bathroom shower.

- Due to rising costs of energy in Puerto Rico, we ask you please remember to turn off the A/C each time you leave the Apartment. Laundry is only available with a minimum of a 5 night stay.

- Trash bins are located outside on the left side of the main building.

- Upon your exit, please return all keys back to the main lock box where you accessed them or else a $75 lost fee key will apply.

- Property is equipped with a backup generator in the case of a weather emergency. For any maintenance emergencies, please contact your host.

Por medio de la presente, deseo presentar un reclamo formal respecto a mi reserva. En ningún momento logré establecer comunicación con el propietario de la propiedad, quien además nunca se presentó en el lugar. Permanecí durante varias horas intentando contactar tanto al anfitrión como a su plataforma de soporte, sin recibir respuesta o asistencia oportuna. Esta situación me dejó completamente desatendido y sin acceso al alojamiento que había sido previamente confirmado y pagado. Como consecuencia directa de esta falta de cumplimiento, me vi obligado a abandonar el lugar y buscar hospedaje alternativo por mi cuenta, incurriendo en inconvenientes y gastos adicionales. Dado el claro incumplimiento del servicio ofrecido, solicito formalmente el reembolso total del monto pagado, así como la revisión de este caso para evitar que situaciones similares afecten a otros usuarios. Quedo a la espera de una pronta respuesta y solución satisfactoria
