Our stay was wonderful I just have two things I didn’t expect when I walked through the door and look in one of the room the bed was not made and the sheets were dirty and I got stuck in the bedroom because the door handle was broken my daughter had to open the door from the outside other than that I had to wonderful experience beautiful beach lots of restaurants and the staff were excellent

The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart.

My sisters and I were disappointed in the place we rented at Condado by Otium. The windows were blocked so we felt like we were in a dark basement. The shower had a frustratingly weak water flow. The place was uncomfortable, not like the pictures shown.

Easy to get to. Property clean. Communications is good but response is slow. Bed had bent metal and they never came to fix it. The neighbors was loud, and at a very busy road si you hear all the partying from nearby restaurant and traffic horns offten. Other than that it is a cute place. Would recommend to ask if bed is made to hold two(i had a queen metal frame bed).
