We provide fresh linens and towels, including one bath towel and one beach towel per guest. We provide starter toiletries and paper goods; guests may purchase additional supplies as needed. Beach chairs are available upon request.

Laundry: Staff laundry service is available 11:00 AM–2:00 PM for $25 per load, including washing, drying, and detergent, subject to staff availability. Outside those hours, the shared coin-operated machines are self-service ($3 wash and $3 dry).

Luggage: You may request luggage drop-off before check-in or after checkout in the shared office/storage area, subject to access and space. Request the code through Airbnb. Storage is at your own risk; keep valuables with you.

Standard checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout until 2:00 PM may be available for $45 with advance approval. The rooftop and back patio are shared.

San Juan Stay

This place was really close to old San Juan and the parking was great! There is a bar in the corner and restaurant. The place is really nice for 2 people is a spacious studio type of apartment. The host was really flexible.

Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Water leaked out from shower room, dryer was broken, thin walls with lots of noise from the halls and outside, broken switches, broken lights, broken outlets, no reaponse from property manager.
