Beautiful 1940’s beach house in the heart of San Juan’s best beach, Ocean Park, a gated community just steps from Ocean Park beach, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery, drug stores and main access to primary roads. UPGRADED WITH EMERGENCY RENEWABLE ENERGY AND WATER TANK (AC’s and range/stove not connected to battery)
Rental Unit: The rental unit is located on the second level of the property totally independent from the first level. It is exquisitely decorated with fully equipped kitchen, family/living area, dining table for 6 people, laundry area and large balcony. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and another one in living/dining area.
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. Master Bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, second and third bedrooms have a queen bed each, all have their own closets. High quality cotton fresh linens for each bed, plus many pillows and blankets.
Remember, this is a residential property, please treated with respect. NO parties and quiet hours from 9pm – 8am. NO smoking allowed.

Great Space
We loved our stay. Luis is a great host. We had everything we needed. Great location near the beach and centrally located between El Unque and Fajardo, and Old San Juan and Dorado Beach.
