Booked for 4 adults. Apt had 1 queen 1 twin bed. Enough for 3 adults. Absolutely filthy sofa didn't come with bedding. Called reception but house keeping never came. The place was filthy. (Like had poop stains etc) 2 other parties in the building had similar bad experiences. Stay away. Leaning in direction of a scam..

My stay at Nando’s place in San Juan was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe & comfortable. The neighborhood had an authentic local feel, & everyone at the nearby businesses was incredibly friendly & welcoming. It was a great way to experience San Juan beyond the typical tourist areas. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was amazing & made a huge difference after spending the day exploring in the Puerto Rican heat. I also appreciated having thoughtful extras like a clothes steamer, blow dryer, coffee maker with coffee provided, & a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, & cookware. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, & everything was clean & well organized. The towels were beautifully arranged, adding a nice welcoming touch that made the space feel even more inviting. Every detail showed that the host cares about providing a great experience for guests. The location was excellent for exploring San Juan while enjoying the charm of a real local neighborhood. I always felt at ease coming & going, & I loved supporting the nearby small businesses. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend Nando’s place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped, & welcoming place to stay in San Juan. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and help upon arrival. The overall atmosphere was excellent. The room could use a microwave though but I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
