The condo in Rio Grande was right off the main road with easy access to grocery stores, bakeries, Wal-Mart and numerous fast-food restaurants. The complex is very safe and secure with gated entrance. Don’t let the exterior scare you. Inside included updated 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. Hot water and good pressure in both showers. Individual air conditioners in each bedroom plus ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Beach towels were appreciated. Frances was a wonderful host and quickly replied to any questions and messages sent.

Family Vacation

The condo was kept clean and was comfortable for us the only thing the bedrooms didn’t have dressers. I would recommend dressers for each room and better clothes hangers. Dressers don’t have to be big to have at least 3 to 4 drawers. Those plastic containers didn’t do it for us very uncomfortable for our clothes. Other than that I would stay there again if needed and if updated with dressers.

We made a mistake initially going to the wrong gate / complex. With the help of useful messages from the host quickly sorted that out.The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Good location for the Rain Forest and San Juan. Lots of eating options available.Would love to stay there again if we visit the area

Amazing Stay

Comunicación con Frances fue excelente, las instrucciones fueron fácil de seguir.El hogar se sentía como casa, estuvo todo bien limpió y equipado con varias cosas que en muchos otros lugares no dejan. La area es bastante tranquilo y callado y también cerca de muchas atracciones. Sobre todo fue un fin de semana muy buena.

my daughter weddings

my phone was working properly therefore i was not receiving messages after a hour finally was able to reach the owner and was able to get in the apartment. The property needs painting, these cause bad impression and there are other tenants that lives there that are loud as well. Apartment was clean, a/c good and accomodoations inside the apartment was awesome.

My daughter wedding trip

At the begining it was kind of scary, the condominum of three story apartments the outside is all black seems like it years they haven't paint The inside is very clean and it had what we needed and more. The air condition in all bedrooms were good and all rooms except for one didnt have a ceiling fan. Other than that it was okay. The living room didnt have air condiitoner however it had fans.

The property was gated and there was assigned parking. It was kept clean. The condominium was clean when we walked in. The host even had little 2024 graduation candy for daughter who graduated from a University. However, the water in the on suite bedroom fluctuated from hot to cold. The light in the refrigerator didn't work, the light in one bedroom went a few days before we left. The host Frances was very nice and communicative, just the bedroom light wasn't fixed due schedule fluctuations. Other than that the host Frances was very nice and tried helping us. There's a gas station around the corner, Kentucky fried chicken, a few local stores, etc. Thank you, Madeline

Girls Trip!

The condo was nice!! Beautiful view of the mountains! Three nice spacious rooms, the beds were soft and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. They even included beach towels! No complaints! The host was great! The location was near many restaurants and a gas station
