I reserved at last minute due to an inconvenience I had & it was really good in regards to what they offer, the only downside the bathroom is shared so that can be an inconvenience

There is no bar attached to the hotel if there was I never saw it open. The room could use a microwave and a fridge for people that didn’t want to go out every night but overall it was a great place

Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is rough for 2 older ladies with bad knees to have to maneuver at every interaction. It forced us into our rooms far earlier than we would've liked to be. By the 3rd time up, there is no going back down until the next day. Being given a lower floor would've helped tremendously. Our A/C worked but leaked, so were constantly drying the floor so as not to slip and fall. The room was clean, and the bed was GREAT! Overall, we loved where we picked, but those little things made the stay a little less of what we wanted to do and more of what we could physically maneuver. There should always be accommodations available for people with limited mobility.

The room was dirty, bathroom had so much scum and mold. The neighborhood is a little shady lots of drunk homeless people. I wouldn’t stay here alone let alone again. My niece and I only stayed to sleep for a few hours until our air b&b was ready and even that was too much. Wouldn’t recommend

Great facilities, very clean and organized. My only concern is about no ice and cooler available. As guest, we don’t have anything to keep cold water or juices for all night long. Ice machine will be a good complement to have an essential basic like potable water.

Room was super clean. Didnt see any staff until we were leaving. Hot water did not work for me, it did for my wife. Honestly I was a little concerned with the neighborhood, but after having dinner out it was actually really good.

This place is a total dump. When I was dropped off by my uber driver, I felt as ifnI was in a back alley with little lighting. First red flag. After negotiating with my fiance we proceeded inside the building. This is not a hotel, more like an apartment building sharing bathrooms and a small kitchen. After contacting the staff for the door passcode, the codes did not work. I tried for at least 20 minutes to gain access to my room to no avail. The staff is not at the property to assist with any issues. I decided to leave due to all of the issues. However, I did not get a cancelation request granted and was charged even though the staff knew of the issues I was having. They are very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone staying there

The room was nicely appointed and clean. The digital lock was somewhat problematic, but it usually worked by the third or fourth try. The area had several quite nice places to eat (authentic Puerto Rican) within a short walk. Walmart, Walgreens and the Puerto Rican version of the Dollar Tree were within a couple of blocks - sweet! The area looks a bit sketchy, but we had no problems. We had the room with the attached bath and were quite pleased. Reasonably priced. Yes, parking was occasionally somewhat problematic, but we were usually able to stash the car pretty close by. No issues with anyone bothering the car, either. We would return!

The room was clean and the balcony was really nice! However, the lack of mini fridge and storage space was a bit annoying. The karaoke bar was closed for the duration of my stay which was a bit disappointing but not terrible. Pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was a $5 lyft which was pretty nice as we opted out of a rental last minute. There was actually plenty to do within walking distance of La Calma which was great, even a Walmart and 97 cent store for our convenience!

We had a great time. Thank you for all the courtesy, one thing I had a small issue with was the lack of knocking from the kind cleaning ladies. I completely understand they have a job to do and maintain but I felt a little violated. For future reference, it should be advised that people could be walking in without knocking or announcing themselves.
