Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is rough for 2 older ladies with bad knees to have to maneuver at every interaction. It forced us into our rooms far earlier than we would've liked to be. By the 3rd time up, there is no going back down until the next day. Being given a lower floor would've helped tremendously.
Our A/C worked but leaked, so were constantly drying the floor so as not to slip and fall.
The room was clean, and the bed was GREAT! Overall, we loved where we picked, but those little things made the stay a little less of what we wanted to do and more of what we could physically maneuver.
There should always be accommodations available for people with limited mobility.
