The ocean-view room was clean and offered a beautiful view. However, the elevators could use improvement, as they were quite slow to arrive. The beach was lovely and easily walkable. Overall, we’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to San Juan.

Everything was wonderful, staff was super friendly and accommodating. My stay was short but I had looked forward to getting in the pool in the morning. While it’s gorgeous and very well kept around the pool, the pool itself was not very clean. A lot of debris, bird feathers and even cherry stems likely from drinks. My husband didn’t mind, he got right in but I just sat on the side and enjoyed the view.
