Room was clean just VERY noisy on the outside. Heard my neighbors next door for a bit but didnt mind the "action".....lol.... other than that it was comfortable. Staff was AMAZING! Joshua was very courteous and welcoming.

The room was clean. One day we asked that it be cleaned and they forgot. Did not like that there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, Did like the espresso machine. I think their check out time of 10:00 is too early. Late check out is 11:00. Front desk was great for restaurant recommendations and tours.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Near great restaurants. The staff was excellent and super helpful!!! My daughter has stayed here twice and she referred the property. It’s a 20 minute drive to airport. I will definitely stay there again!!

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms because we were stranded in PR due to snowstorm Fern that hit the US. Our 2nd room with 2 queen beds smelled of urine. We think it was because a family with a little one stayed in the room before us.

Our room was small, but well equipped, a/c worked very well. Great location. Lots of walkable restaurants, bars and shops. Short distance to Old town. Helpful employees. We’d stay here again.
