This was my second stay at Condado Beach Resort, and I was very disappointed. Cleanliness and maintenance have declined since my last visit. Staff by the pool were inattentive and unprofessional, the restroom there was flooded and ignored, and the cleaning staff were loud. I loved this hotel in April, but something has changed. For the price, it’s no longer worth it, and I won’t be returning.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a lot of people on the property who weren’t actual guests — they had purchased day passes — and that made things feel a bit crowded and less exclusive at times. What really disappointed me, though, was an incident with one of the umbrellas by the pool area. It wasn’t secured properly and ended up falling on my leg. I was okay, but I still have a noticeable bruise that hasn’t fully healed, and my stay was back in July.

I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back the rooms were clean, staff are friendly and they have a lot to offer in the hotel. The only issue i had through out my stay was having to wait 30min-1hr if I needed anything to the room like towels. I would have to keep calling every 30-40 minutes and I work in hotel As a front desk agent it shouldn’t take that long everyday. But other than that I loved it and will be back soon.
