Room was clean and as expected. Housekeeping was courteous and did an excellent job. The main reason I didn’t leave 5 star review…. Front desk staff was rarely there. I’d have to ask valet to get us help. He would knock on door behind desk to get staff. Once staff appeared, very unfriendly. when we checked out, not even a “Hope you enjoyed your stay”. They could use some customer service training from housekeeping. Also, Sandbox was only open once during our stay. Couldn’t enjoy the pool due to music thumping so loud couldn’t converse with others. Overall, resort is beautiful. We would stay again.

Unfortunately, our stay was cut short. After a long day of travel, our room key was not working. My husband expressed frustration ( right or wrong) and they asked us to leave. It was so stressful. Nothing was available, since it was a holiday weekend. We had to stay at two different hotels. It was a very stressful time. But expedia made sure we were refunded. Thank tou for that!

This hotel did not meet expectations at all. Most importantly, there is no beach, which is not clearly stated in the property description. This lack of transparency feels misleading, especially for travelers specifically looking for a beach stay. Cleanliness was also an issue! common areas and rooms were not well maintained. On top of that, the restaurant staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Given the price, the experience was extremely disappointing. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not worth the cost

Very pretty grounds. It's only sunny on pool deck until 2:00 p.m. and then it gets very windy and cold. Hard to get a lounge chair around pool because other guests self "reserve" with a towel or flip flops and don't show up for a long time. Frustrating! Nice heated pool very close to ocean. Drinks expensive. Front desk was not friendly. Lied to my husband and said there were no more wrist bands that you can use to get in hotel room instead of a card. Everyone was wearing one. So, I went and asked a bit later and the man said there were no more and then the girl next to him reached in the drawer and pulled one out for me and activated it. I told my husband and son and they went back and got one too. Did not greet us when we came and left the hotel during our stay. Only 1/2 a shower door in rooms, so water goes all over bathroom floor. Housekeeping was friendly. Great location to walk anywhere. Very small sandy beach. Big rocks so could not get in ocean. Oh, and people not staying at the hotel can get a guest day pass and use facilities which does not seem fair for what the cost to stay there is.

There is no beach and you can not go in the water at the hotel because it is extremely rocky and dangerous.This is not clearly communicated when you book or when you arrive at the hotel. Also NO ONE told us we could use the beaches at the sister hotels, which would have been very helpful. Basically poor communication on the staffs part.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. My wife and I could not believe how bad it is pubic hairs and hairs everywhere on the floor. They don’t clean at all, and that was checking right in with those problems.

Rooms were absolutely beautiful, the staff was amazing (Daniely helped us check in and was just a breathe of fresh air, full of energy and super nice- My guy victor the security guard was a total vibe, even gave us recommendations on where to party). I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel grounds are very well kept, and views are to die for. Love Love Love this hotel. Look No Further - Book Immediately!!!! You won’t regret it.
