Monarca House has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests:

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the areas designated for their stay, including all indoor and outdoor areas intended for guests.

The property features a carport and a storage area located at the back of the house, both with separate entrances and for the host’s exclusive use. These areas are not part of the rented space and are completely separate from the reserved area.

There are no areas shared with other guests.

Important Notices

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Music is allowed only at a low volume until 12:00 a.m.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Supplies (towels and toiletries) are provided as an initial courtesy and are not unlimited.
• The grill must be left clean; otherwise, an additional fee of $25.
• will be charged. All remote controls (for air conditioners, fans, and lamps) must remain in their original places; loss or damage will incur an additional charge.
