The hotel is at a prime location. It is a little run down, but can't beat the price. If you just want somewhere to sleep and shower, this is great for you

Loved the decor and vibe in this cool, old hotel in a fantastic location in Old San juan. So much to see, do, eat, drink right close to your home base. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. We spent many hrs sipping drinks on the rooftop patio; shady, fantastic breezes and views, and the stone tubs are super cool

This was a great place to stay and walk to San Sebastian street where there are a lot of bars to get refreshing and tasty drinks, great music to dance. Also walkable distance to many attractions like the colorful houses, to barachina restaurant to get a piña colada where it was created, and great variety of stores for souvenirs.
