We loved staying here. Beautiful place inside and even has a shared rooftop space with some loungers. Highly recommend if you want a nice space that is within reasonable proximity to Old San Juan.

The location of the room was ideal for catching an Uber to visit around Viejo San Juan where you can find a supermarket, tourist attractions, and restaurants. — it’s right on the corner & you will hear the traffic from your room.

Had a great stay. Place was in a nice spot. Close enough to walk downtown. The room really could’ve used a microwave. Other than that it was nice place to stay. The AC was also very cold. There’s a terrace on the rooftop that was nice and enjoyable in the morning and night. The only thing that might be a problem for some is the traffic is super heavy at night. It can get pretty noisy. Yet that’s not the hotels fault. All in all it was a great place.

Upon arrival I made a call to assure myself about the parking mention in the message. The person who answered left on hold for about 15 minutes and never answered. I hung up and look it up myself. Other than that excellent spot.

Our stay at casa pelayo had plenty of inconveniences: 1 . No parking as mentioned 2. No remote control for Tv 3.coffee maker was not clean previously and had the coffee from who knows how long. I had to clean it and disinfect the coffee filter. 3. No luggage stand, we had to place our luggage on the floor. 4. inconvenient part of our stay... NO MICROWAVE. 5. SLEEP, MOST INCONVENIENT, ALL DAY CONSTRUCTION FROM 5AM- ALL DAY. 6. NO Iron 7. And the Toilet was not Secure and moved every time we sat on it.

The apartment was clean and had all the basic necessities that were needed. Unfortunately, the stove top did not work, and there was no other way to heat food up, and there was no remote to use or access usage of the television.
