The AC in the room was superb and cooled down fast. The room was nice and big and I felt safe in the neighborhood as a single traveler. I wish there was a way to get a couple extra wash cloths when staying for a full week, there is no change of linens/towels or cleaning. You could hear frogs outside the window at night which I found lovely and the room had Netflix, Disney , and Hulu set up. The room was clean and came with a mini fridge coffee maker, coffee, cream, sugar, a few cups and plates etc. The hot water is via a solar heater. I can tell it kicked on because I could hear the pump, but unfortunately it only heated the water a couple degrees. At first I didn't mind but after a week of cold showers I very much was missing a hot shower. There was a leak in the ceiling that I notified the owner of, most likely something to do with the roof as the water was dripping down the ceiling fan. I did not use the ceiling fan or light just to be safe. The lights outside are on a timer so if you arrive late have a flashlight as it is pitch dark out and you'll need a flashlight to walk down the alley and get the key in the lock. Yes the neighbors have a dog but he only barked when I walked past him so I didn't find it noisy.
I would not stay here if you are picky about having a hot shower. I would not stay here if you are having a week long trip as there are no extra towels or wash cloths. Otherwise the price was low and I was comfortable. I hope they fix the roof leak.
