Calling this property a "resort" is an absolute stretch. Our stay was deeply disappointing from start to finish, and the online photos are entirely misleading. To start, the swimming pool was completely empty and out of service during our visit. There was zero advance notice, no mention on their website, and no warning at check-in. Arriving expecting resort amenities only to find a drained pool was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was mediocre at best, offering a lackluster selection of uninspired, bland options that felt like an afterthought rather than a proper resort meal. On top of that, the entire property is showing its age. The facilities are dated, worn down, and nowhere near as fresh, modern, or polished as the photos make them appear. Save your money and hassle. Do not reserve a stay at this "resort"—look elsewhere for a place that actually lives up to its advertising.
