The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there`s always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular `downtown-like beach area`). For suggestions on what you should see and do while you`re in town, please review our guidebook.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to avoid fines, reports, or removal from the property. Be considerate of your neighbors throughout your stay.
