This was our 2nd Stay with the Hotel. An it was marvelous the things that brought us back were still the same. The Beds are absolutely thee Best feature along with the Balcony views and vacation peace. It’s also perfectly centered with the entire Strip In condado. 15 minute walk to the night light in La placita an 20 min ride to old San Juan.

The breakfast cost $49.95 per person, their is a chatge on check in $396.00 wasnt prepared for that. Charge of $45 per day destination fee. Food is very average, eat in the area. Phones dont work and i paid for king bed and got a queen, the feont desk didnt nothing to resolve it

The staff is very responsive there was hair in the shower when we checked in I called down with in ten mins someone was at the door to re-clean the bathroom

The room was OK, but the sink was in the middle and the way the mirror was positioned was extremely inconvenient. The lighting was also pretty poor. As for the staff they could’ve been more helpful, every time we ask them a question they couldn’t really answer it. maybe it’s because I stayed at the Marriott resort last time, but this is definitely a step down. However a decent hotel with a very convenient location. They also had a few complementary things like bikes we were able to use for eight hours so I would say we got our moneys worth. Just be mindful that our room was a bit interesting and the staff weren’t very helpful.

We loved the room, was spacious and the balcony was night. The only complaint is the lighting. We were 2 young women who wanted to take those cute pics but couldn't, needs better lighting!!!! but 10/10, will be coming back again.

The only good thing about this place is that its close to everything. everything else sucks. the chair was full of dust, we almost got hit by a light bar going into the elevator. the room smells really bad. Would not come here again

This place feels a bit like a motel masquerading as a Marriott. When we arrived at 9 PM after travelling for twelve hours we were told that they had run out of king beds and that they’d be putting us in a room with two queens instead. The guy who greeted us seemed to think we’d be perfectly fine with this since we were two men (i.e. myself and my husband). When I informed him that I had quite specifically booked a king and was not at all fine with failing to receive what I was paying a fairly significant sum for over the course of our four day stay, he looked confused and asked if there was someone else staying with us? I informed him that it would just be the two of us. Only then did he suddenly manage to find in the hotel’s inventory the king room I had actually reserved. Beyond this very disconcerting introduction to the property, I found many of the furnishings to be worn, the design of the rooms less than ideal (e.g. putting the washbasin and mirror in the room made it impossible to do anything in the morning), and the “destination fee” an exorbitant attempt at upselling. The pool area was okay. But other than that I found very little about this hotel that was worth the hefty price I paid.
