Toilets: Due to the water pressure in Puerto Rico, toilets can get clogged with too much paper – so, please use small quantities and flush frequently. Toilets can back up if toilet paper is overused, so we recommend throwing it in the receptacles provided.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful ocean front community in Dorado, Puerto Rico. This is not a gated community and there is no HOA. It is about a 10 minute drive from the world-famous Dorado Beach Resort and gorgeous white sandy beaches.

Near Kikita Beach restaurant and the resort town of Dorado with lots of nightlife.

Getting Around:
Parking is on the street in front of the house or on the vacant lot across the street. There is a one car garage but it is narrow and difficult to get in and out of do to the slope.
