The owner Herman was amazing! So friendly, saw him in town and he made sure to say hi and chat about our time there the next day. Breakfast was exceptional! Rooms were no frills, like warm shower. Beds left a little to be desired, but the stay was overall a great experience.

This place has been my favorite stay in San Juan del sur. Rooms are cute and the view from the second floor is amazing! The staff was nice, especially for the breakfast that’s included, they went above and beyond with the service. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to SJdS

Great stay!

Great hotel, very clean, great free breakfast, friendly staff, very helpful owner who knows the area well and helped me with all my questions. Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Quieter area on the edge of town where you can hear the ocean waves yet an easy walk into town and to beach. No problem walking across the sand path a few blocks to SJDS.
