Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
It was a bad experience. The refrigerator did not work. The coffee maker had moldy coffee in it. The electric was limited so you couldn't run ac most of the time. The wires to the heated water in the shower were cut and exposed so you don't have hot water and risk electrocution. The pictures in the ad must be 10 years old because it doesn't look like that now. There was a black cat that would keep coming into the house like it thought it belonged there. The location to the beach was good but with the upstairs being opened the loud music from the disco bar next door played all night and you felt like you were there. The downstairs bedrooms were next to the street and the window covering was not good so people going by could see in and you heard traffic all night. When we would tell caretaker any issues we would have her response was she would tell the owner but there is nothing she could do. San Juan Del Sur was nice but I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
