If you are looking for a place to relax that is close enough to explore the beaches, this is the spot for you! Casa Aguila is located just 10 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur. Built in 2019, the house sits opposite Nacascolo Beach, placing you right in the middle of all the area's beaches.
You won't have to worry about power or water outages here; a solar panel system and a water tank ensure a continuous supply of utilities. Fiber-optic internet is also provided.
The house features two bedrooms, one indoor bathroom plus a poolside bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans, and the bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. There is a covered porch out front with plenty of seating for a group of friends, as well as a hot-water shower. You can cool off and enjoy your time in the private pool, which is for your exclusive use. We are the only property offering an electric vehicle charging system, and you can park your car safely on the enclosed premises. This home offers peace, quiet, and security.
