The room was simple but comfortable. Bedding was adequate, though only one thin blanket, no bedspread or other decorative covering. The air conditioning unit on the wall was a bit noisy, but kept the room comfortable. The room access was via an elevator from the parking lot - just off the street. There was nothing to prevent a non-guest from entering the elevator to access the halls of the guest rooms. I didn't realize the train tracks were right across the street. I heard more trains on Thurs night - fewer on Fri and Sat.

It honestly felt like I was staying at one of the hotels where they were Housing the homeless. People banging on my door at 12 o’clock at night and you couldn’t get any sleep with the traffic from the freeway..

The bed was extremely comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. In-N-Out right next to the property. The hotel is located between a freeway and the train tracks. Bring sleep meds or earplugs.

Easy check in, friendly staff, elevator, ice and vending machine. Nothing fancy but perfect for a place to sleep and shower. AC worked, had little refrigerator. Front desk answered the phone and answered questions prior to arrival. Next to two food places you can walk to. Easy parking. Spacious compared to comparable hotels. Is next to train tracks, did not hear any noise.

Won’t be coming back.

Toilet was not clean on arrival but dirty with hairs on the seat. Puddle of water on the restroom floor. Not many hotels in the area so options are limited. Will not be staying there again.

After a harrowing day of air travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by such a cheerful, helpful attendant who could not have been more gracious. My room had everything I needed except scissors and tape to wrap a wedding gift and he took care of that too! I would stay at the Laguna Inn again. Jim
