They charge you $10 for parking, the whole area is surrounded by homelessness and dirt.

Our first morning there, the power went out. So, the breakfast was cold and the pancake machine was useless. There was a toenail on the floor near the bed, 2 brown stains (possibly feces) on the bathroom door. The whole property was surrounded by homeless. The front desk staff was nice, but I will never stay there again.

Area infront of the hotel was filled with homeless people in their cars and RVs They were loud at night and it felt unsafe going back to the hotel in the evenings. Rooms were ok but the carpets were very dirty and needed vaccuming. There was a roach in my room (i guess because it was on the ground floor?) So i asked to be moved to another room. They never offered me any compensation. They never cleaned the rooms in 3 days. They never asked whether i wantes the rooms to be cleaned or if i needed towels. Staff was weird. They spoke English well but just seemed like they didnt want to be there. Breakfast was bad. Coffee was bad. I would not recommend this hotel and if i wasnt there for a conference and busy i would have made a biggee deal. I honestly feel that i should not be paying for my stay there. I will be contacting management.

The staff was nice and helpful but I believe more help is needed during the breakfast time as the food would run out and the supplies were out. Also, the food area needed to be cleaned and with 1 employee working, it wasn't enough to get everything done. The company needs to hire more personal for the breakfast hours. Overall, the property was nice and the rooms were clean.

Leo was nice but the facilities were mediocre and not well kept. There is also a large houseless population staying around the hotel as well, so someone should try to help them. We tried to help them too.

The hotel overall was good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only two issues were the homeless living along the street in front of the hotel and the pool is under maintenance.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and clean. A few things that I didn’t like was the area around the hotel had many RVs parked with people living in them, none of the people living there caused any trouble but it made the area look dirty and feel a lil uneasy. The hotel also failed to mention that their pool/jacuzzi area was out of service, which made me very upset because I had planned to swim during my stay. Overall, the price and the suite size was a 10! Would stay again, when the pool is fixed.
