The room was nice - the price was great/ the service was not good. They over charged (charged me twice for ‘resort fees’- I have contacted Expedia twice and the hotel- my request to have the $70 refunded this has yet to happen..,.

I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The service was awesome, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—anything you need is just a phone call away, and they make sure it’s delivered promptly. The property felt very safe and secure, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another big plus is the location: there’s a nice, walkable street nearby with plenty of high-end outlets and shopping options. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

While the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfectly located, what truly set this stay apart was how the staff handled a crisis. I experienced a medical emergency during my stay, and the team acted with the utmost professionalism, speed, and genuine compassion.
