This was a very nice hotel a few minutes outside the SJO airport. Very modern. Breakfast included which was delicious. Staff were friendly. Gated parking area. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Worked well to get me outside of the city so I could beat the morning traffic down to Manuel Antonio.

Restaurant service was awful. As a single woman with more than 2 nickels to rub together, I felt I was put on the back burner. Several tables who arrived well after I did were served their food way before mine came out. I believe I waited 45 minutes after ordering soup and a burger before it was served. Staff was very friendly but i had to practically beg to order, get my food and pay. The food was so, so. I gave them a credit card but never saw a bill or was given a receipt. Room was ok. Utilitarian is the best description. Bed was comfortable.

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta el día de nuestra salida, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por todo el personal, quienes demostraron amabilidad, profesionalismo y una genuina vocación de servicio. Nos sorprendió gratamente el detalle de bienvenida que encontramos en la habitación, un gesto que nos hizo sentir especiales y que marcó el inicio de una estancia inolvidable. El hotel es relativamente nuevo, con instalaciones modernas, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas. Sin embargo, lo que realmente destaca es la extraordinaria calidad humana de su equipo de trabajo. La atención recibida fue de altísimo nivel en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a quienes buscan comodidad, excelencia en el servicio y una experiencia cálida y memorable.
