Notice of Issues During Stay
During my stay, I encountered two major concerns:
No Refrigerator in Room: Upon check-in, I immediately requested a small refrigerator for my room, as I needed it for storing medication. Despite asking from the very first day, I was repeatedly told one would be provided, yet it never was. This was unacceptable, given the importance of properly storing medication.
Bed Condition: One of the queen mattresses was split in the middle, causing an uncomfortable dip that made it feel as though I was climbing from one side to the other. This significantly affected the quality of rest.
The noise was unbearable at all times in the conference rooms without closing the doors.
Both issues negatively impacted my experience, and I am very disappointed with how they were handled.
They said you purchased through Expedia you need to handle these concerns with them.
This was sadly a bad experience, and I would appreciate some compassion in this situation. I would never visit again the Radisson Costa Rica.
