I didn’t get the queen bed room I reserved, instead they gave me a double bed room, when I asked they said they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted a junior suite that was more expensive. They never apologized or offered another room similar to what I had reserved. We were very disappointed but had to take it. The hotel has one restaurant, the breakfast was Ok. Food is very expensive

Exceptional service

We stayed one night on our way to a beach resort and had wonderful service, especially from the young man at the front desk. He went way above and beyond to help us with a transportation issue and found a solution after making phone calls, etc. The room was very comfortable (although not fancy) and clean and the food was excellent in the restaurant.
